- A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the यात्रा (trip).
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
📌 2. Pricing & Inclusions
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors like fuel costs, government taxes, or seasonal demand.
- The package cost includes only those services specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any additional expenses (meals, entry tickets, personal expenses, etc.) are not included unless stated.
📌 3. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations and refunds will be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Any cancellation must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp.
📌 4. Travel Documents
- Travellers must carry valid identification proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, etc.).
- For certain destinations, permits or additional documents may be required, which must be arranged as per guidelines.
📌 5. Responsibilities of Traveller
- Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
- Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or services due to negligence must be compensated by the traveller.
- Travellers must follow local laws, regulations, and guidelines during the यात्रा.
📌 6. Changes in Itinerary
- Highway Hunters Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- We will ensure suitable alternatives are provided whenever possible.

- We act as a facilitator for hotels, transport, and other services.
- We are not liable for delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party service providers.
- We are not responsible for any loss due to natural calamities, political disturbances, or unforeseen events.
📌 8. Force Majeure
- We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Strikes or roadblocks
📌 9. Cancellation by Company
- In rare situations where a trip is cancelled by us, an alternative or refund will be offered as per policy.
